BIO
Nathan has practiced a diverse area of law and now focuses his practice on Personal Injury and Estate Planning/Administration. He has obtained numerous judgments and settlements for slip and fall cases as well as administered many estates in Pennsylvania. He also represents many local businesses with his experience negotiating real estate transactions, forming and dissolving corporate entities.
Prior to opening his own practice on a full-time basis, Nathan worked for a corporate firm with a New York City headquarters, a small general practice firm located in Montgomery County, and later served as the General Counsel/Chief Legal Officer of a large nonprofit mental healthcare organization.

Nathan worked as a law clerk intern for the Honorable Gary B. Gilman in the Bucks County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania. He also interned with the General Counsel of Grand View Health. Nathan interned with PhillyVIP which provides Pro-Bono legal aid to those in need. Prior to law school, Nathan worked with Johnson & Johnson’s Strategic Marketing Group where he performed a nationwide research project used by executives for target marketing Accountable Care Organizations as well as individually flipping investment properties in Montgomery County

In his spare time, Nathan is active in the local music scene. He also enjoys outdoor activities such as cycling, golf, fishing, off-roading, boating and kayaking. He can be found at almost any local car show in Montgomery and Bucks Counties with his 1934 Chevy Coupe.

Nathan lives in Montgomery County and has been active in the Philadelphia and Suburban community for his entire.​

Alexander J. Ginsburg, Esq., Of Counsel
Trial Lawyer Alexander J. Ginsburg represents clients in a variety of matters, including personal injury, estate planning and administration, and business planning and litigation. In the area of personal injury/litigation Alex has obtained numerous verdicts, awards and settlements on behalf of clients injured in motor vehicle, motorcycle, premises liability, medical malpractice, pharmacy error, accounting malpractice, professional negligence, slip and fall, dram shop, negligent security and dog bite incidents.
In addition to private law practice, Alex is heavily involved with the community and regularly volunteers as a Pro-Bono attorney with Philadelphia VIP, representing disadvantaged Philadelphians in desperate need of representation. Alex has also volunteered as an attorney with Federal Eastern District Court Prisoner’s Rights Program, the Wills for Heroes Program in Montgomery County, the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and Permanency Partners.
Alex has been named a "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers Magazine every year beginning 2018 to the present. In 2017 he was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation by the US District Court for the Eastern Dist. of PA for his representation of a victim of police brutality. In 2019, he was named "Volunteer of the Month" by Philly VIP.
Alex earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Muhlenberg College in 2007 and graduated from Widener University School of Law in 2010. Alex is a life-long resident of the Philadelphia area.
